What is Orthelligent® HOME?

Individual and tailor-made – your personal training program
Orthelligent® HOME offers a therapeutic training program that is individually tailored to the patient and their knee injury. Specific tests are used to regularly analyze recovery progress and create a tailored training plan. The patient is monitored around the clock via an app and receives continuous feedback on their progress.
Virtual & flexible –
Modern physiotherapy rethought
Orthelligent® HOME enables patients to integrate physiotherapy flexibly into their everyday lives – no matter where they are or when they want to train. This independence in terms of time and location ensures high-quality medical care even in rural regions. The training plan is based on current guidelines and offers professional expertise at the highest level.
Unique combination – tests and training plan
Orthelligent® HOME offers a unique combination of weekly tests and an individual training program. The tests are used to analyze current progress and adjust the training program accordingly. Developed in close collaboration with leading experts and based on years of clinical experience, the program offers a highly precise and effective therapy.
Transparent measurement of success
Progress and course of therapy at a glance at all times
Orthelligent® HOME makes it possible to continuously measure the success of the training. The app offers clear training statistics in which the course of therapy and the patient’s progress can be tracked. Patients also have access to a comprehensive knowledge database with information on the injury and valuable tips for everyday life.
The right test at the right time – Check-Point-System & Fit-Index
Our check-point system enables the precise timing of the appropriate tests. The progress of recovery is checked in five phases and at four checkpoints. The FIT index (LSI) enables a comparison between the healthy and injured side of the leg and helps to determine the optimum time for the next step in rehabilitation. Specific criteria, such as the time aspect and a fit index of over 85 percent, determine whether the patient can move on to the next phase. This keeps the patient continuously on the road to full recovery.
